Our services are available to all customers. Coffee Delivery is limited to specific zip codes within a 15-mile radius of Toms River, NJ.
2. Orders & Refunds
● Refunds & Cancellations: We accept refunds for incorrect orders, damaged merchandise, or incorrect clothing sizes.
● Modifications Customers may modify their orders via email before processing.
3. Delivery Policies
● We charge a $6.99 delivery fee for orders within our accepted zip code area.
4. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, and content associated with Cuphead Coffee LLP are our exclusive property.
5. Limitations of Liability
Cuphead Coffee LLP is not responsible for delays, service outages, or third-party service issues beyond our control.
6. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to our services if a customer violates our policies, engages in fraudulent activity, or behaves inappropriately toward our staff or other customers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
